Armor workbench is located in Sanctuary or any settlement in fallout 4 that you build one in. It's used for taking armor pieces, and customizing them. Add additional armor, electrical resistance, chemical resistance and even different colors. With the Armorer perk you'll have access to many more options, so consider that perk if you're going to be making lots of armor in the future.

Remember to be in workshop mode when highlighting settlers. To highlight a settler in your settlement, point at the settler at close range and you'll see the options for them on the bottom of the screen. Select "assign" and their E option will turn to "go". Go to the building or resource that needs a person and put your cursor over that building or resource. Press the E button again and you will see the "this resource is assigned" in the top left. Took me a while to figure it out.....Just saying..... Fallout 4 settlements are good just need to RTFM or watch more videos :D

The level of detail fallout 4 has is crazy. Reading the descriptions on the side of boxes, looking at all the little lights and how cool all the packages are. I really do appreciate the level of detail in this game so much.

Again guys you might have to experiment on a merchant if this will work., but here are the steps.

HAve enough caps to buy a stack of ammo from a merchant:
1) Buy a stack of ammo - DO NOT FINALIZE THE DEAL
2) sell back 1 (ONE) ammo - DO NOT FINALIZE THE DEAL
3) Now sell back the rest of the stack - AGAIN DO NOT FINALIZE THE DEAL
4) You should see in your inventory a single bullet...this is the magic bullet.
5) Now you can sell back this bullet for all the caps on the merchant, or buy items and then sell back this one cap until you pay nothing and take everything.

Use this to spawn a TON of legendary items and you'll see them slowly populate in the chest. Lots of exploding, irradiated, chameleon and many other rare weapons/armors will show up. Enjoy.
