Steps to do this loop:1) Must have access to the brotherhood of steel quests in the airship
2) Talk with techinical documents guy, and get the "Learning Curve" mission
3) Get a sniper rifle with a LONG scope.
4) Go to the spot in the video, crouch and make sure your are HIDDEN
5) Kill the scribe you're supposed to protect
6) Tell the technical scribe guy he died, and you get caps and EXP
7) Rinse/Repeat
